THE ACADEMIC TABLE!
Peter and I were pleased to be two of the very first to
participate in the Academic Table university student cafeteria’s opening day.
Our dear friends Maya, Jacqueline and Lapo are the 3 official student chefs for
the university’s new student food program, and the meal was exquisite. There
were only a few choices but enough to feed us well. We had risotto; 2 kinds of
soup (lentil and cauliflower/leek); and slightly spiced cold, but cooked
carrots. Everything was cooked really tastily, and we were happy and
well-satisfied when we finished our meal.
Needless to say, we will definitely eat at your table often!
